Create the Life you want at KAM=P
guaranteed formula to assist you in achieving ANY goal and
explaining why you have or have not achieved things in the past.
K = Knowledge (personal development, M1 Masters Program,
training calls, conferences)
A = Application (marketing, advertising, DMO, returning calls timely)
M = Motivation (being clear on why you are here and what you want to
achieve)
P = Performance (the result or outcome, what you get in return)
If we are to utilize this as a mathematical formula we can see that
if we have the ability to place effort in levels of 1-9 with 1 being
low and 9 being all out the answers are clear.
K X A X M = P
1 X 1 X 1 = 1
9 X 1 X 1 = 9
3 X 3 X 3 = 27
5 X 5 X 5 = 125
9 X 9 X 9 = 729
You can obviously insert any number on the effort level into the
different categories and see the outcome you can expect. The other
thing to remember is this is assuming you are giving at least a
level one of effort in each category. The laws of multiplication
tell us that if you multiply ANYTHING by zero you will ALWAYS get an
end result of ZERO!
You must be honest with yourself as well, is the level of effort I
am expending really the level I think it is or am I just spinning my
wheels? Parents have forever sent their children to camp to come
back more mature, more well-rounded individuals, and more inspired.
Send yourself to KAMP and achieve what you truly desire!

The Network Marketing Secrets from Christopher Columbus circa 1492

The Network Marketing Secrets from Christopher Columbus circa 1492
Many know the story of Christopher Columbus- he had a vision of a new way to do things. He was turned down by everyone and finally found one person willing to invest in his vision. He rallied some folks behind him and set sail with three ships. He encountered bad weather, disease, endless water. His men were ready to revolt, turn the ships around and abandon the vision. He held to his vision, convinced them to believe in him and not what they were seeing with their own eyes. Guess what? He was right, he found land, not only that but he found a whole new land or riches and greatness. He also made his way back, proved his vision was one of truth and opportunity for the rest of the world. He is now considered one of the great visionaries of the world, an outstanding explorer and he opened up the world for the rest of the world forever more.
Network marketing is very much the same. In order to be successful we must have a vision. We face the adversity of many not believing in us or our vision. We set sail in our marketing in three prongs so we have strength and stability and support of one for the others. We absolutely have times of storms, setbacks, and being unable to see our endpoint. We will often have those around us or sometimes even ourselves that have the feeling of revolt- to turn back. Here is the trick, we MUST hold true to our vision and believe in what we are striving for and belief in the path we have chosen to get us there.
Consistency and persistency were the keys for Columbus and for us as well in this industry. Columbus had a plan, he chose the steps he believed would take him to his end result, he put in the work each day following his pre-decided plan, and followed through with consistent action DAILY. We must do the same things- make a plan and believe in it, follow through with consistent action DAILY, and did the steps he needed to get him to the end point.
If you don’t believe in your vision- no one else will either. If it is your vision then it is the right vision. You can make it come true through your continued follow through and sticking with your plan. Many fail because they change their plan over and over and over and don’t follow through and work consistently. Don’t get caught in this vicious cycle. You have the vision and the steps to make it all possible.
Have a fantastic week!!!

COWBOY UP!

COWBOY UP!
As we are all working toward a common goal and we are here to be of support to one another I believe it is also important that we remember that our teammates are not here to be our best-friends, our counselors, our everyday pick me ups. We believe that we all already know what is not working in the way that we want whether it be in our personal lives, businesses, or combinations of both. Therefore, we don’t really need to re-hash what has failed or isn’t producing with anyone else. Instead we need to be proactive for ourselves and for others. We MUST focus on what can WE do differently. We do not have control over the company, our prospects, technology or anything or anyone else out there other than ourselves and our own actions. We only have power over our actions and reactions. So, with that being said, as we face hurdles we need to reframe that observation and turn those into a positive- an opportunity to learn, to grow, to stretch. The greatest gift we give to ourselves is conquering those things that have been of frustration to us. We need to fixate not on the problem but on what we could do to make them better, how would I assist someone calling on me to help them through this same thing given the information I know, how can I brainstorm solutions because there is NO problem that does not have a solution- we just have to be willing to find and accept it. Does this seem harsh? Perhaps so, but I don’t remember anyone great who sat around complaining on what they hadn’t accomplished or what was holding them back or even about the things they had NOT found success with. What I do remember learning about great people is they NEVER give up and never look at something as an obstacle, simply something to find a solution to. We already have the answers within us. We know exactly what someone else is going to tell us in their suggestions. Are we willing to answer the questions ourselves? Take our own advice? Some say “but I don’t know”. If that is the spot you find yourself in try this- If you did know that answer, what would you say? Bull riders can really place some great perspective on the whole thing in my opinion- COWBOY UP! If you don’t understand this comment watch the movie 8 seconds. Have a great week!

Who Owes You?

Who Owes You?
There seems to be a plague hitting the world. I once thought it was only the youth that had been infected but over the last few years I now see it in people of all ages, race, religions, no matter what country or background they come from. How can you spot this? It is the rampant belief that “You owe me!” What could they possibly be owed, who owes who, how did this belief begin, how can I recognize it in others and even more importantly, in myself and FIX the problem- not just put band aids on the symptoms?
You talk to and see and hear these people everyday in person and on the phone. They want something for nothing, no effort, no money, no responsibility. Everything is someone else’s fault, never taking responsibility. They somehow believe they have been wronged, someone is getting something and they are, whether they deserve it or not. They want it all and expect the world to just deliver it to their doorstep.
Here are the cold hard facts folks- NO ONE owes you anything!!!!! If you want something then plan to take action and be held responsible for the potential success and failure. You must persist, be consistent and responsible or you will not find the success that you yearn for. You will be given NOTHING for free in this life and if you are you should probably wonder about the ulterior motives, validity, authenticity, sustainability, and whether or not you should really take it.
Be proud of what you earn, the value you put out, and you will receive not what you desire, not even what you necessarily deserve, you will earn in direct proportion to the value you add to the world at large and to others individually. You want to earn a million dollars? Give at least a million dollars in value. ALWAYS under promise and over deliver. Be first to be of service and NEVER look for what you will get out of it in return.
Who owes you- no one. You do, however, owe yourself the consistency, persistency, and responsibility to search out and FIND success, not just wait for it to find you! Have a great week.
